简介第3代欧洲核电EPR-1600核反应堆防地震灾难的静态安全措施;据中国地震灾难的实际经验,探讨动态安全技术,用4种对预报欠充分的震前效应,触发动态安全措施——停堆I&C,避免因地震引发的核灾难。
The static functional safety and design of protecting NPP against earthquake is analyzed by briefly introducing EPR-1600. T he dynamic principle of functional safety is discussed beyond the static by the disaster experiences of earthquake in C hina to use four kinds of technologies, which is not sufficient for forecast earthquake but is possible to trigger the I&C to shut down to protect NPP against the nuclear disaster of earthquake.
