汶川特大地震灾后重建工程工期影响因素分析

摘要
从灾后重建工程的建设规模、投资金额、延续周期及项目类型等四个方面,探究灾后重建工程进度的系统性、紧迫性、动态性和阶段性等工程进度特征;依据多国建设工期影响因素的比较分析结论,探讨对汶川特大地震灾后重建工程工期影响因素,其结果表明:工期主要影响因素是资金、物资、环境、管理;并对灾后重建工程的进度管理提出相应措施建议,以期为重建建设工程的实践提供一些参考。
This paper explores the systematicness,priority,dynamicity and periodicity of post-Wenchuan earthquake reconstruction in terms of the scope,investment,schedule and project type.A review of the literature from different countries is conducted for a diagnosis of the factors affecting reconstruction duration.This study shows that finance,materials,environment and management are the four most important factors influencing the reconstruction duration.Based on the analysis results,this paper provides suggestions for future reconstruction schedule management.
