塔式起重机地震响应研究

摘要
针对地震载荷造成塔式起重机严重受损的问题,采用时程分析法和有限元法进行了典型塔式起重机结构三向地震作用下的动态响应研究.首先在ANSYS环境下建立了塔式起重机有限元模型,在研究其动力特性之后,选用ElCentro波、Taft波和宁河天津波三条真实地震波记录,进行烈度为Ⅷ度的地震作用下塔式起重机动态响应分析.研究结果表明,塔臂受地震波作用影响最为显著,竖向地震波是造成塔臂断裂的主要原因.
According to the problem that seismic load is harmful to tower crane,the time-history analysis method and finite element method are applied to study the dynamic response of a typical tower crane structure subjected to three-dimensional seismic action.The finite element model is built in ANSYS platform at first.After three true earthquake waves,El Centro,Taft and Ninghe-Tianjin,are used to analyze the dynamic response of tower crane under eighth intensity seismic load.The study reveals that tower arm is affected by seismic wave observably,and the primary reason of tower arm fracture is vertical seismic action.
