汶川地震中都江堰市多龄期建筑震害特征

摘要
依据汶川地震中都江堰市2000余栋建筑的震害调研结果,综合考虑结构类型、设计规范体系和性能退化等影响结构抗震能力的因素,对该市多龄期建筑的震害特征进行了统计分析.在统计都江堰市建筑构成情况的前提下,对不同结构类型、不同用途和不同建成年代建筑的震害特征进行了分析,并引入平均震害指数着重研究结构形式及龄期对结构抗震能力的影响.研究结果表明,2000年后多层砌体结构抗震性能显著提高;由于非结构构件抗震性能影响,2000年后框架结构震害大于多层砌体和底框结构.研究可为评估城市不同龄期建筑的抗震能力以及了解城市整体的抗震设防水平提供依据.
Based on the post seismic damage assessment of more than 2 000 buildings in Dujiangyan City,a statistical analysis of the seismic damage for multi-aged buildings is carried out,and its influential factors such as structure types,design codes and aging process are comprehensively considered herein.The composition of the buildings in Dujiangyan City is analyzed firstly.Then the characteristics of seismic damage of buildings,including structure type,designing codes,and construction time are analyzed respectively.The seismic capacity of buildings at various ages is compared as well in terms of averaged damage indices.The results show that the seismic capacity of masonry buildings increases drastically and for the three types of primary structures built after the year 2000,namely masonry,base frame and frame structure,frame structures show the worst seismic capacity due to the serious nonstructural component′s damages.This preliminary research will provide solid references for the evaluation of the seismic performance of multi-aged building structures and the overall seismic capacity of cities.
