“5.12”大地震发电厂震害分析及抗震设防应注意的问题

摘要
电力能源安全既包括电力设备在自然条件下的稳定运行,也包括发电厂建(构)筑物在恶劣自然条件下的抗打击、抗破坏能力。通过对"5.12"地震后略阳发电厂受破坏情况的调查,收集了地震对发电厂造成的损坏情况的资料;分析了震害原因,提出了发电厂抗震设计施工需注意的问题。
Power energy safety shall not only include stable operation of electric equipment under natural condition,but also include anti-destroy capability of power plant architecture under serious condition.Through investigating the damage of Lueyang Power Plant after 5.12 earthquake,collecting the damage data,the reason of earthquake damage is analyzed.The problems to be paid attention in design and construction are indicated.
