电液伺服地震体验系统设计

摘要
电液伺服地震体验系统采用伺服螺旋机构的电液伺服阀作为激振器核心,利用电液伺服控制器进行全数字控制,特殊的振动台架结构用于选择非减震/减震两种体验模式,工控机实时显示采集的地震波形,并根据地震烈度选择合适的地震视频和音频播放.电液伺服地震体验系统能够真实再现某一振动方向上的地震波,营造真实地震的氛围,寓教于乐,达到防震抗震的目的.
Electrohydraulic servo valves,which are designed by the servo-screw mechanism,are used for the system core of the experiencing earthquake device based on electro-hydraulic servo.The device is controlled fully by the electro-hydraulic controller,the especial frame of vibrating table is used to switch non-shock absorption model or shock absorption model.Industrial computers real-time display the seismic waveform and play video and audio according to the earthquake intensity.The experiencing earthquake system can truly reproduce a vibration on one direction of the seismic waves,and create a real seismic atmosphere for teaching in happiness to achieve the goal of earthquake-preparedness and earthquake-resistance.
