反应堆压力容器及堆内构件整体大规模三维有限元地震分析

摘要
运用适用于大规模有限元模型求解的TechnoStar VENUS程序,对反应堆压力容器、堆内构件和燃料组件进行了整体大规模的三维有限元地震分析。分析中分别考虑了阻尼效应和非线性接触,在有限元模型自由度数超过2×107的情况下,分别给出了这2种情况在运行基准地震(OBE)激励下的时程响应。实现了现有计算机硬件条件下的整体大规模三维有限元地震分析,为今后核动力工程中的复杂设备或系统的整体动力分析探索了一条新的途径。
The seismic analysis on integral reactor system was performed with TSV code which is applicable for calculating the large-scale finite element model.Two different models were calculated respectively.Damping effect was considered in one model,and nonlinear contact in the other one.The number of freedom degree of either model was more than twenty millions.The typical results of time-history response to Operational Basis Earthquake(OBE) excitation were given based on these two models.The results of this paper are larger than those with two-dimensional simplified FEM,and the reasons of this phenomenon were presented.The feasibility of seismic analysis on integral large-scale threes-dimensional finite element model under existing hardware condition was demonstrated,so a new approach to dynamic analysis on integral complex equipments or systems in nuclear power plant was explored.
