灾情数据自动获取的地震灾情信息系统

摘要
为了及时掌握地震规模、空间分布、次生灾害,以及灾情发展趋势等灾情信息,将地震灾情数据采集装置与地震灾情数据管理系统相结合,建立了一种基于灾情数据自动获取的地震灾情信息系统。地震灾情数据采集装置配有多个信息采集单元,能够在感震器的触发下自动采集与上传地震灾情数据。而灾情数据管理系统基于三层体系结构的开发模型构建,提高了数据管理系统的响应速度和事件处理能力。系统集成实验表明,地震灾情信息系统能够独立完成地震灾情数据的自动采集、集中管理与应用共享。
To grasp the disaster situation such as its scale,distribution,secondary disaster,and developing tendency right after the earthquake,disaster data acquisition equipments are combined with a data management system and a disaster information system is built for acquiring disaster data.Configured with multiple sensor units the disaster data acquisition equipments can acquire and upload disaster data under the triggering of the earthquake detector automatically.Meanwhile,the disaster data management system,based on a 3layer architecture development model,enhances the responding speed and the event handling performance.A serial of integrating experiments are carried out.Results show that the information system can fulfill the automatic acquisition,centralized management,and application sharing of disaster data independently.
