结合实例对污水提升泵站结构的地震响应分析

摘要
为了研究污水泵站在水平地震动作用下结构的安全可靠性,采用快速拉格朗日时域有限差分法进行时程分析,并利用大型岩土软件FLAC~(3D)对某地下式污水提升泵站结构进行数值模拟计算。结果表明:水平地震荷载作用下,泵站结构水平残余位移为13,0mm,泵站结构顶板和底板之间的水平相对位移较小;泵站结构整体应力变化较小,应力幅度最大波动18%;结构自振频率约为6.20Hz。总体上,泵站结构产生剪切破坏的概率较小,泵站结构抗震性能较好,结构安全可靠,但仍需做好抗震构造措施。本文的结论可为同类泵站结构的抗震设计提供参考。
In order to research the safety reliability of pumping station in sewerage engineering subjected to the horizontal earthquake,Fast Lagrangian Analysis of Continua was used for seismic time history analysis and the largescale geotechnical software FIAC~(3D)was adopted for numerical calculation of a underground pumping station.The results indicate that the residual horizontal displacement of the pumping station is 13.0mm,and the relative horizontal displacement between the top and bottom plate is small;the whole stress changes a little and the maximum stress amplitude is 18%;the natural frequency of pumping station is about 6.20 Hz.Overall,the probability of shear,tensile and resonance failure of pumping station is small and it is softy and reliability,but seismic construction measures still should be taken.This conclusion can be used by the design of the same type of pumping station.
