筒—柱支承式圆形筒仓结构地震作用下的动力响应研究

摘要
混凝土筒仓在工业生产工艺流程中占有十分重要的地位。筒仓的抗震能力问题往往成为设计中的主要控制因素之一。以都江堰某筒—柱支承式钢筋混凝土圆形筒仓结构为例,对筒—柱支承式混凝土筒仓地震动力响应规律进行分析。研究表明,筒—柱支承式筒仓的最薄弱部位主要在环梁顶与筒仓壁相交处、柱与环梁连接节点处,较薄弱部位为弧型剪力墙;抗震设计时需要采取一定的措施来加强以上薄弱部位的抗震能力,或采取一定的措施来减少支承结构分担的水平地震力比例;地震作用下,上部筒仓与下部支承两者刚度相差较大、运动不一致,可将其作为两个节点的多自由度体系来分析。研究结果可作为筒—柱支承式混凝土筒仓工程实际应用的参考和借鉴。
The concrete silo holds the very important status in the industrial production technical process.The capability of silos for resisting the earthquake is the most of chief factors in the design.The Seismic response of concrete silo supported by columns-cylinder is analyzed.The research indicates that,conjunct of loop beam and cylinder,loop beam and columns is the weakest areas of silos supported by columns-cylinder,arc wall is the other weak areas of silos.So some appropriate measures such as strengthening weak areas or reducing the force proportion of the supporting members share in,must be taken to improve the capability of silos for resisting the earthquake.Because of the different stiffness of the top cylinder and the supporting members,and the different motion between the two parts,the silo can be analyzed as two degrees of freedom system.The conclusion can be reference for the application in engineering.
