大型非锚固储液罐的地震响应研究

摘要
利用ANSYS14.0有限元软件,在力求最大程度还原真实工程条件的基础上,对某3万m3的非锚固乙烯储液罐进行原尺寸建模,采用动力时程分析研究储液罐的地震响应。将有限元计算值与美国API650规范中的理论值进行对比,验证了计算模型的有效性。通过提取时程数据、包络分析、频谱分析等研究方法,得到了液体晃动、储罐响应、罐底提离及侧移的响应规律,为大型储液罐的抗震设计提供了重要依据。
A finite element model of a thirty thousand cubic meter large unanchored liquid storage tank was created using ANSYS 14.0software,which has complied with all the indispensably real engineering conditions,and then the seismic response of the tank was studied by the dynamic time-history analysis method.Compared with the theoretical value based on American API 650 Standard,the calculated results were proved to be effective.Using the methods of extracting time-history data,envelope analysis,and spectral analysis and so on,the valuable laws of liquid sloshing,tank response,base plate uplifting and lateral migration response were obtained,which provides important basis for the anti-seismic design of large liquid tank.
