人工地震爆破多点视频会议系统的组网研究

摘要
为了更好地将福建省地震构造人工地震爆破观测的现场炸测情况传回现场指挥部,方便指挥部对各个炸测点进行指挥,根据我局现有通信资源,整合VSAT卫星通信、3G通信、4G通信等通信手段,利用多点视频会议系统,进行指挥部与各个炸测现场的视频会议系统架构,并通过实际演练进行验证,使得指挥部能够与各炸测现场进行实时通信,协调各炸测现场的炸测任务。
In order to transmit the artificial blasting spot status better and facilitate the headquarters to direct the experiment of "Fujian Province seismic tectonic artificial earthquake blasting observation",the VSAT satellite network,3G mobile communication network and 4G mobile communication network were integrated according to the existing communication devices,and a scheme which can fulfill the video conference between the headquarters and explosion test spots was design by drawing support from multi-point video conferencing system. The scheme was verified by a practical manoeuvre that the headquarters com-municated with the artificial earthquake blasting observation spots and coordinated the blasting observation task.
