考虑主体结构地震反应的建筑幕墙振动台试验方法

摘要
分析建筑幕墙地震作用机理,提出考虑主体结构地震反应的振动台试验方法,并以某超高层建筑内层玻璃幕墙体系为实例说明该方法的具体应用。通过数值模拟和模拟地震振动台试验相结合的方法,分析主体结构各楼层在不同水准地震作用下的加速度和位移反应;将主体结构地震反应包络值作为输入,对典型幕墙单元进行模拟地震振动台试验。研究不同加速度和位移输入对幕墙单元动力特性与动力反应的影响规律,探讨影响幕墙抗震性能的主要因素及薄弱环节。分析结果表明,不同加速度和位移输入对幕墙单元地震加速度反应有较大影响,位移输入对幕墙试件的动力特性的影响较为显著;该超高层建筑幕墙试件的加速度放大系数远大于现行规范的规定取值,即基于主体结构的地震反应对超高层建筑幕墙的抗震性能进行评估是非常有必要的。
A shaking table test approach for building curtain walls, which is based on the seismic performances of the main structure, was proposed by analysing its seismic mechanism. Correspondently, a super high-rise building with cellular glass curtain wall system was chosen to illustrate the specific application of this approach. Seismic performances of the main structure under different levels of earthquakes were analyzed by the combination of shaking table testing method and numerical simulation method. Taking the analyzed results as the seismic inputs, a shaking table test of the typical curtain wall specimen was conducted to inspect the working properties of the joints and to evaluate the seismic performances of the curtain wall system. The results showed that dynamic characteristics of the curtain wall specimen were affected by different acceleration and displacement inputs, and displacement inputs of the curtain wall specimen affected its dynamic characteristics to a significant extent. Acceleration amplification coefficients of the specimen were far more than what is specified by the current standard requirements,which indicates that seismic performance evaluation of the super-tall building curtain walls needs to be further perfected.
