地震荷载作用下梁柱栓焊节点的断裂性能

摘要
采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立三维梁柱栓焊混合连接的模型,将地震动力荷载作用简化为不同的加载速率,用断裂力学中的弹塑性模量作为断裂参量,研究梁柱栓焊混合连接的焊缝焊根处的断裂性能。研究结果说明了荷载的速率越高,梁翼缘焊缝焊根处裂纹越容易发生脆性断裂破坏,且钢材尚未达到屈服点强度,对结构造成的破坏也很严重。加载的速率提高不但增加了裂纹张开时所需的能量,而且对于钢材的断裂韧度有很大的影响。
Three-dimensional model of welded flange-bolted wed connection is established by the ABAQUS finite element software to simplify the Seismic load for different loading rate,with the elasticplastic fracture mechanics parameter as a fracture parameter,fracture performance in the weld root of welded flange-bolted wed connection is researched. The results show that the higher the loading rate,The beam flange weld root crack is more prone to brittle fracture failure,And has not yet reached the yield strength of steel structure,the damage is very serious,the damage is very serious. It not only increases the crack open the required energy with the loading rate increases,but also has a great influence on the fracture toughness of steels.
