芦山地震底部框架砌体房屋震害分析

摘要
根据芦山地震现场考察结果,论述了底部框架砌体房屋的震害特征,并为提高底部框架砌体房屋防震减灾能力提出6点建议:(1)控制底框上下层侧向刚度比和实现"多道抗震防线"的思想是保证底部框架砌体房屋抗震能力的关键;(2)应该采取适当的抗震措施,提高过渡层的抗震能力;(3)上部各层砌体要设置圈梁和构造柱,确保整个底部框架砌体房屋的整体性;(4)进一步加强楼梯间的设计与构造措施的研究;(5)出屋面小屋要加强与主体结构的可靠连接;(6)对挡板、吊顶等附属构件要避免在地震中坠落伤人。
According to the Lushan earthquake site investigation results,we know the damage characteristics of bottom frame masonry buildings,and puts forward 6 suggestions to improve the bottom frame masonry building earthquake disaster reduction ability:( 1) To control the bottom frame on the lower lateral stiffness ratio and the realization of " multiple seismic fortification lines" thinking is the key to ensure the bottom frame seismic capacity of masonry buildings.( 2) It should take proper seismic measures,improve the seismic capability of transition layer.( 3)The upper layers of the masonry to set the ring beam and structural column,to ensure the integrity of the whole bottom frame masonry buildings.( 4) To further strengthen the study for design and construction measures of stair.( 5)The roof hut to strengthen with the main structure of the reliable connection.( 6) On the baffle,ceiling and other ancillary components to avoid falling in the earthquake.
