无骨折寰枢关节完全性后脱位1例报告
摘要
<正>外伤性寰枢关节后脱位临床上较为少见,且多合并齿状突骨折[1]。无骨折创伤性寰枢关节完全性后脱位在临床罕见,迄今文献报道仅有10例左右[1～11]。笔者于2010年4月收治1例无骨折及明显脊髓功能损伤的外伤性寰枢关节完全性后脱位患者,报告如下。患者男,44岁。2010年4月14日地震时被倒塌的房屋砸伤,在废墟中掩埋4h后被救出。患者自觉颈部僵硬及疼痛不适,左侧颜面部有一4cm长伤口,有活动性出血。患者自述伤后有短暂的意识丧失,无恶心、呕吐及大小便失禁,四肢尚能活动。患者在清醒状态下被送至当地急救
