抗震救灾临时病房中连续性肾脏替代治疗置换液的配制与管理

摘要
论述了在抗震救灾条件简陋的应急状况下如何为行连续性肾脏替代治疗(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)的危重地震伤员做好置换液的配制与管理,提出因地制宜进行环境和物品准备、做好人员培训、完善并落实相关制度是保证置换液配制质量、确保患者治疗效果的关键。
The article addressed on how to confect the replacement fluid for the wounded in the earthquake in the temporary continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) ward which was set up temporarily on urgent status.The key points in maintaining quality of replacement fluid and treating the wounded efficiently were suggested including preparing environment and articles in accordance with the urgent situation,training nurse staffs,and putting forward rules and regulations on time.
