重视战、创(烧)伤休克现场非常规救治技术研究

摘要
<正>在战争或突发事故及灾害(如森林火灾、地震、恐怖袭击)现场,短时间内常出现批量休克伤员,但由于环境恶劣、交通破坏、缺乏后送条件、医疗资源匮乏,夜间无照明条件等困难,以致常规抗休克手段(如输血、输液)难以实施或延迟实施,因而将导致阵亡率、伤死率或并发症发生率增高。因此,研究在此类恶劣条件下休克的救治技术和措施具有十分重要的意义。
