灾区疾病预防控制的多主体系统结构

摘要
地震等自然灾害的突发性、复杂性对传统疾病预防控制体系提出了新的挑战,其中信息资源的管理是实施疾病预防控制的有效保证。分析了灾区疾病预防控制的特征及需求,应用多主体系统方法构建基于多主体的灾区疾病预防控制平台,以信息的采集、传播为基础,实现各种信息的集成、挖掘以及合理的资源分配,形成自组织、自适应的灾区疾病预防控制系统。
The traditional disease prevention and control system has encountered new challenges by the paroxysm and complexity of natural disasters such as earthquakes.The management of information resources is theassurance to implement effective disease prevention and control.This paper analyzes the characteristics and demands of disease prevention and control in disaster area,and applies multi-agent systems approach to establish a multi-agent based platform for disease prevention and control,including information collection,dissemination,information integration and data mining,as well as reasonable resources assignment,and consequently forms a self-organizing,adaptive system for disease prevention and control.
