对突发公共事件药学信息服务体系的思考

摘要
汶川地震再次提醒人们药学信息在突发公共事件中的重要作用。本文通过采用现况调查研究、回顾性调查研究、前瞻性调查研究及文献研究的方法,结合现今理论界的成果以及国内外的实践和实际情况,分析了突发公共事件中药学信息的作用,指出要做好突发公共事件中的药品保障,有必要建立相应的药学信息服务体系。突发公共事件药学信息服务体系的构建应满足药品供应和合理用药的需求,具备信息传递、搜索、反馈和传播功能,重视标准化建设和信息监督,并充分发挥各种媒介的作用。
Wenchuan earthquake reminds us again of the important function of pharmaceutical information in public emergency.In this paper,the importance of pharmaceutical information in public emergency is analyzed by survey research,retrospective study,prospective study and literature review,incorporating with the breakthrough of theory study and practical experience at home and abroad.It is concluded that a good pharmaceutical service system in public emergency needs to be supported by a good pharmaceutical information service system.The pharmaceutical information service system in public emergency should be established to meet the requirement of medicine supplies and rational use of drugs,to have the functions of information delivery,search,feedback and transmission,and to emphasize on the standardization,information supervision and full utilization of various media.
