震后灾民临时安置点食品卫生应急对策探讨

摘要
目的探讨地震后灾民临时安置点的食品卫生应急对策。方法根据在灾区一个月来的防病工作情况,分析了集中安置点存在的食品卫生隐患。结果存在问题:1.食品储存场所条件简陋;2.临时饮食点及周边环境恶劣;3.炊、用具及餐具严重缺乏;4饮用水水量、水质难以保证。提出了采取的防控措施:1.参与临时饮食点的规划;2.严把食品原料质量关;3.对饮食点进行全程跟踪保障;4.消灭蚊蝇孳生地;5.培育临时饮食加工队伍;6.对食品从业人员进行健康监测;7.多种形式开展食品卫生知识宣传。综合性防病措施得当,安置点人群整体卫生意识得到提高,在应急救援的一个月中未发生一起食物中毒事故。结论1.外援物资管理人员是安置点食品卫生的第一道关卡;2.建立食品安全自身管理网络是做好安置点食品卫生的关键。
Objective To explore emergency countermeasures of food hygiene for victims in temporary settlements after an earthquake.Methods Based on the experience of working in a disaster area for a month,some food hygienic hidden dangers at the concentrated settlements were analysed.Results 1.Conditions for food storage were simple and crude.2.The environment of temporary eating places was bad.3.Cooking utensils,appliances and cutleries were lacking seriously.4.Quantity and quality of drinking water was difficult to warrant.Defense and control measures:1.Participate in the programming of temporary dinning places;2.Strictly control the quality of food raw materials;3.Track and secure the whole food procession,4.Eliminate the breeding ground for mosquitoes;5.Train a temporary food processing team;6.Monitor the health of personnel involved in preparing foods;7.Publicize the knowledge on food hygiene in various forms.Based on the comprehensive prevention measures,the health awareness of whole people in the resettlement improved,no any food poisoning happened during that month.Conclusion 1.The administrator in charge of foreign aided goods is the first gate for food hygiene.2.Establishment of a food safety management network is the key point for better food sanitation in temporary settlements.
