湿性愈合治疗背侧皮肤擦伤的效果观察

摘要
目的:观察湿性愈合治疗背侧皮肤擦伤伤员的效果。方法:选取5.12地震致身体背侧皮肤擦伤伤员122例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各61例。观察组使用湿性敷料治疗背侧皮肤擦伤;对照组按常规方法治疗背侧皮肤擦伤。比较两组患者皮肤擦伤愈合情况及更换敷料时伤员的疼痛程度。结果:观察组伤员皮肤擦伤愈合情况及平均愈合时间较对照组伤员明显缩短(P<0.01);更换敷料时观察组伤员疼痛程度较对照组伤员明显减轻(P<0.01)。结论:湿性愈合用于治疗仰卧位时,身体背侧受重力压迫、不易暴露、易产生摩擦部位的皮肤擦伤效果较常规方法好。
Objective:To survey the effectiveness of hygro-dressings treatment skin bruise.Methods:122 examples were selected from the patients with skin bruise in earthquakes whose backs were involved in skin bruise.122 patients were divided into the experimental group and control groups 61 patients in each group.The experimental used the hygro-dressings to treat the skin bruise in back;the control group used the routine to treat the skin bruise in back.To compare the healing status and the extent of pain.Results:The average healing time of experimental group were shortened obviously compared with control group;the extent of pain of experimental group were more slight than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The effectiveness of treating and nursing skin bruise in the location such as back and covered region with friction and pressure by hygro-dressings was better than routine.
