书法心理治疗对震后儿童创伤应激反应的心理干预研究

摘要
目的发掘文化资源中的灾后心理干预方法,验证具有中国文化特征书法治疗的有效性。方法采用香港大学高尚仁教授创立的书法治疗方法对德阳地区2所小学的80名四、五年级有明显创伤后应激反应的小学生进行对照实验。实验组41名学生,对照组39名学生。研究在地震后1年进行。实验组每天进行书法练习,每次完成5页的定量训练;对照组正常上课,实验为期30天。以事件冲击量表(儿童版CRIES-13)问卷、唾液皮质醇分别作为筛选和干预效果指标。结果干预结束后,实验组唾液皮质醇和CRIES阳性指标显著下降,对照组差异不显著。结论书法治疗能有效缓解创伤后应激反应,是一项值得推广的心理干预方法。
Objectives To explore the cultural resources in the post-disaster psychological intervention methods,verify that the calligraphy with Chinese cultural characteristics of the effectiveness of the treatment.Methods The University of Hong Kong Professor Gao Shangren treatment methods of calligraphy created by two primary schools in Deyang,the region of 80 four and fifth-graders are obviously post-traumatic stress response in primary school children controlled trials.The experimental group included 41 students and the control group included 39 students.Study was conducted one year after the earthquake.The experimental group each day to practice calligraphy,each completed five-page quantitative training;the control group of normal-line courses,experimental period of 30 days.To Impact of Event Scale(child version of CRIES-13) questionnaire,salivary cortisol as a screening and intervention in sub-indicators for results.Results After intervention,the data through the F test of saliva cortisol in the experimental group significantly decreased sig = 0.00(P<0.05) CRIES positive scores also decreased sig = 0.00(P<0.05).No significant change in the control group.Conclusions The calligraphy therapy can effectively relieve post-traumatic stress response,and is a model of psychological intervention being promoted.
