四川省护理人员对灾害护理培训内容重要性的认同度分析

摘要
目的了解四川省护理人员对灾害护理培训内容重要性的认识,确定灾害护理培训效果,为后期培训设置提供参考。方法采用问卷调查法,在培训结束后收集学员对培训内容重要性的认识,包括地震伤员急救护理、地震伤员骨科护理、灾民和救护人员心理护理、地震伤员康复护理和灾后灾民健康管理5个维度。结果学员对灾害护理培训内容重要性认识的总分为(2.95±0.11)分,各维度得分均>2.90分;不同职称、职位、所在地区及是否参与救护的护士对康复护理、灾民健康管理及心理护理维度的重要性认识存在统计学差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论学员高度认可培训内容对其工作的重要性,培训满足了护士灾害护理的培训需求。
Objective To identify the recognition to the importance of disaster nursing training among nurses in Sichuan province and to determine the effects of training so as to provide the reference for further training.Methods The trainee's awareness of the importance of the training were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire after the course.The questionnaire included 5 dimensions,which were emergency nursing,orthopedic nursing,psychological nursing for victims and rescuers,rehabilitation nursing and health management for victims.Results The total score of the awareness of importance was(2.95±0.11).The scores of all 5 dimensions were over 2.90.The factors of professional titles,positions,locations and whether the nurse had participated in rescue had significantly influence on the importance awareness of rehabilitation nursing,health management and psychological nursing for victims and rescuers(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The trainees highly recognize the importance of disaster nursing training for their future work.The training course can meet nurses' needs for disaster nursing.
