浅析自我管理在截肢患者康复过程中的积极作用

摘要
近年来我国几处发生大地震,造成了大量的截肢患者,截肢患者的术后康复逐渐受到关注,很多截肢患者因缺乏后续康复医疗服务而发生继发性功能障碍和并发症。本文对比分析了国内外近年来慢性病的治疗管理方式,认为在截肢患者术后康复过程中,借鉴慢性病的管理模式,对患者进行自我管理教育,让患者成为术后康复的主要实施者,不仅有利于患者的康复,也能适当减轻医疗服务体系的负担。
Several major earthquakes caused a large number of amputation patients in recent years,amputation recover gradually gets more and more attentions,many amputation patients produce secondary function obstacle and complications due to lack of follow-up rehabilitation services.This paper compared different treatment managements of chronic disease at home and abroad in recent years,drawn lessons from chronic disease management mode,through self-mangement education,it is not only beneficial to the recovery of patient,but also can be appropriately reduced the burden of medical service system that let patients become the main postoperative rehabilitation implementers in the process of postoperative rehabilitation of Amputation Patients.
