“胎禀虚怯”灾后丧子再孕低体质量儿个案研究

摘要
目的:运用传统中医的先天"胎禀虚怯"病因病机理论,探讨重大自然灾害对"丧子再孕"家庭及新生儿健康的影响。方法:收集了"5.12"汶川特大地震重灾区的3个"震后丧子再孕"家庭中4例低体质量新生儿的身长、体质量及产妇分娩时的生理指标等数据。结果:研究发现,母体在遭受了重大自然灾害后,"胎禀虚怯"母代心身受损,会影响到子代,特别是对于"丧子"的家庭,其影响因素更大。结论:尽管国家对此给予了高度的重视,也制订了相应的补救措施,但基于这部分特殊群体的生理和心理特点,部分个体未能如愿以偿,因此,从生理上和心理上关注"丧子再孕"家庭是一个长期的工作。
Objective: This study applied the TCM theory of'fetal intrinsic weak'to discuss the impact of newborn whose elder brother deceased in the major natural disasters.Methods: Studies on four cases of body length,weight and physiological indicators of neonatal whose elder brother deceased in the 5?12 Wenchuan earthquake.Results: The study found that pregnant women who go through the disaster would seriously affect the neonate's health.Conclusion: It is necessary to supply the psychological assistance on pregnant women who had been gone through the disaster.
