一种新型骨折外固定装置的研制

摘要
目的:研制一种用于开放性骨折的快速外固定系统。方法:通过对传统外固定架螺钉的改良和连接杆的设计改进,研制手拧自攻螺钉的外固定架装置。结果:外固定装置应用方便,操作简单,可用于战伤或者地震等突发事件过程中的临时固定。结论:该新型外固定装置的设计理念符合野战和突发状态下伤员救治中的下肢开放性损伤的临时固定要求,能提高保肢率,减少由于骨折移位而引起的二次损伤的发生。
Objective To design a rapid external fixation device for open fracture.Methods The external fixation device with manual screws was developed with the improvements of the traditional screws and connector rod.Results The developed device could be used for the temporary fixation of the wounded due to battle or disasters such as the earthquake.Conclusion The new fixation device is fit for the temporary fixation of the open injury in the lower limbs,with the high rate of remained limbs increased and the secondary injury due to displacement fracture decreased.
