发展中的灾难医学

摘要
<正>人类文明的发展历程也是人与自然灾害斗争的历程。古往今来,许多大的灾难事件均伴随着人类的文明进步历程,无论是中国古代两汉时期的震灾、14世纪欧洲鼠疫流行、19世纪霍乱大流行,还是20世纪北美黑风暴、智利大海啸、唐山大地震、切尔诺贝利核事故,以及近些年发生的"9·11"恐怖事件、印尼海啸、SARS流行、汶川和青海玉树地震等;均给人类带来巨大的灾害和磨难,同时又促使人类更加自觉地去
