震区医院早期救治伤员的实践与体会

摘要
震区医院在自身受灾严重的情况下,第一时间展开伤员救治工作,克服交通通讯中断、人员物资有限等困难,迅速建立起有效的组织指挥体系和急救医疗流程,圆满完成地震伤员的早期救治任务。通过总结卫勤组织指挥的主要做法和体会,为军队医院执行非军事行动卫勤保障任务提供参考和借鉴。
Hospital located in earthquake area carried out medical relief for the wounded timely with the situation of being affected seriously by the disaster,as have conquered difficulties of communication-break and the lack of staff,goods and materials.We set up effective organization-directed system and the procedure of medical relief rapidly.Therefore,we accomplished the mission of early-stage rescue successfully.In this article,the experiences which summarized from the organization-directed work would provide reference and lessons for the medical support in the non-military action.
