震后某县城水厂风险的快速评估

摘要
目的了解地震后某县水厂市政集中式供水的卫生状况。方法于2008年6月22—25日现场调查地震后某水厂的一般情况、水源(包括水源地周围环境的卫生状况和取水设施的情况,并观察水源水的浊度)、消毒(包括消毒剂的使用和投加记录)及供水管网(按照提供的供水管网图沿途察看并询问附近居民市政供水管网地震前后的情况)的情况。于2008年6月23—24日的上、下午,对出厂水和末梢水的余氯含量进行采集、保存、分析和评价。结果水厂设计日供水能力为6000m3,实际日均供水量为300~7800m3,平均日供水量为4000m3。水厂的水源水取自岷江,取水口上游1000m和下游100m的范围设为水源保护区。据目测观察,原水表观性状较好。两口岸边沉井仅1口能正常使用,其附近另设有一重力水井。地震后,城内供水主管道有10余处被震坏,现在已被及时修复,恢复正常输水。该水厂两日出厂水中的余氯含量分别为0.25、0.21mg/L,均符合GB5749—2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》的规定,能够满足管网末梢水的消毒要求;末梢水中的余氯含量均高于0.14mg/L。结论该县水厂市政集中式供水的卫生状况较好。
Objective To know the drinking water safety situation of a county with centralized water supply after 5.12 earthquake.Methods The general situation,source water including environmental situation,water facility and turbidity,disinfection and pipelines were investigated in a county in the zone of 5.12 earthquake from 22 to 25 June,2008.The water samples of product water and tap water were collected in the morning and afternoon,ClO2 residue contents were determined.Results The supply capacity of a county water supply plant designed was 6000 m3/d and the actual water supply amount was from 300 to 7800 m3/d,and the daily water supply amount was averages 4000 m3.The raw water was taken from Min River.The raw water was good based on naked-eyes observation.Only one sinking well near the river bank worked and the there was one gravity well nearby.Ten more sites of the pipelines were damaged by earthquake and were repaired in time now.The chlorine residues in product water of 2 consecutive days was 0.25,0.21 mg/L.Conclusion The situation of drinking water supply and the quality of drinking water in the investigated county are satisfactory after 5.12 earthquake.
