震后护理帮扶一对一模式探讨

摘要
目的探索适合震后极重灾区灾后重建的有效帮扶模式。方法采用调查问卷,充分评估极重灾区医院灾后重建护理需求,选择一对一帮扶,通过分期分批帮扶指导、免费进修、业务骨干常驻指导等方式,帮助灾区医院重建护理队伍。结果极重灾区县医院在新院建成1年内完成了护理队伍重建。结论一对一帮扶模式能快速、有效地提高极重灾区护理队伍素质,提升护理管理水平,加快灾后重建进程。
ObjectiveTo explore the effective nursing care management assistance mode after earthquake.MethodThe questionnaire survey was used to fully assess the nursing care requirement of hospitals in disaster.The pairing assistance was used to help to reconstruct nurse team through guidance,free staff training,etc.ResultIn a very worst-hit district,reconstruction of the nursing team was completed within one year after new hospitals having been built.ConclusionThe pairing assistance management mode can quickly and effectively improve the quality of nursing care staff in disaster area,raise the level of nurse care management,and speed up the reconstruction process.
