摘要

目的探讨地震所致颅脑损伤的临床特点及救治经验,提高诊治水平。方法92例因地震所致颅脑复合伤患者损伤特点及治疗情况。结果本组病例共92例,治愈75例,死亡3例,仍有11人在院继续治疗。结论在处理地震引起的颅脑外伤时,应仔细检查全身的每一个部位,决定手术时,应优先处理致命伤的原则,注意多科配合抢救,防治并发症。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of the diagnosis and treatment of craniocerebral injury in earthquake.Methods 92 cases with craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital during the earthquake at May 12,2008 in Wenchuan.The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively summarized.Results Of the 92 patients,69 patients(75%)were recovery,5 patients(5.43%)were moderate deficit,1 patient(1.08%)were severe deficit,and 3 patients(3.26%)died.Conclusions The patients with injury at earthquake need detailed inspection for every part of the body.The more fatal injury,the more preferential to treat.Meanwhile,it is important to prevent and treat the complications.
