四川省地震灾区甲型肝炎疫苗和流行性乙型脑炎减毒活疫苗群体性预防接种分析

摘要
目的评价四川省地震灾区甲型肝炎(甲肝)疫苗(Hepatitis A Vaccine,HepA)、流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)减毒活疫苗(Japanese Encephalitis Vaccine,Live;JEV-l)群体性预防接种。方法对报告和现场调查的HepA、JEV-l接种数据进行分析。结果四川省地震灾区6个市(州)21个县(区、市),截止到2008年6月10日,共报告接种HepA399 075人,接种JEV-l 137 543人,估算接种率分别为91.96%、88.85%。现场快速调查HepA应种1825人,实种1783人,接种率97.70%;JEV-l应种912人,实种869人,接种率95.29%。结论四川省地震灾区HepA、JEV-l群体性预防接种达到了预期结果。
Objective To evaluate the vaccination of mass vaccination Campaign of Hepatits A and Japanese Encephalitis in earthquake areas in Sichuan.Methods Reported and investigated data from 6 prefectures in Sichuan province was analyzed.Results 399,075 doses of hepatitis A vaccine and 137,543 doses of Live Japanese Encephalitis vaccine were vaccinated in 21 counties in 6 prefectures by June 10,2008.Quick survey shows among 1825 targeted children,1783 were vaccinated hepatits A vaccine,coverage was 97.70%,among 912 targeted children of Japanese Encephalitis vaccine,869 were vaccinated,coverage was 95.29%.Conclusions The mass campaign was well organized,implemented effectively and reached the high coverage as expected.
