摘要

5.12四川汶川大地震后,后方医院在收治大批伤员时,要面对和处理各种复杂的关系。结合收治工作经验,对需要处理好的六个关系作初步探讨。①社会责任和自身利益的关系;②社会效益和经济效益的关系;③前期救治和后续治疗的关系;④专科治疗和综合治疗的关系;⑤社会活动和医疗救治的关系;⑥把握出院标准和善后处理原则的关系。
In the reception and treatment of the wounded from the earthquake-stricken area of Sichuan,hospitals have to confront and properly deal with various complicated relationships.Based on our experience,this paper discusses six of the relationships to be correctly handled,namely,the relationship between social responsibility and personal interest,the relationship between social benefit and economic benefit,the relationship between initial management and follow-up treatment,the relationship between special treatment and comprehensive treatment,the relationship between social activities and clinical treatment,and the relationship between discharge criteria and rehabilitation.
