地震灾民安置点的社区护理探索

摘要
"5.12"汶川地震后,为做好"大灾后防大疫",文章作者对都江堰灾民安置点幸福家园的社区护理工作进行了探讨,通过社区卫生服务站设置,健康档案建立,基本医疗服务,疾病预防与控制,食品与饮用水卫生监督,妇幼保健管理,社区康复,心理援助,环境卫生管理等工作,满足了灾民的健康需求,阻止了传染病疫情的发生,并使老年病、多发病得到救治或及时转诊,返乡地震伤员得到有效康复。
To prevent the spread of plague after the Wenchuan "5.12" earthquake,the author looked into the community nursing in Happy Homes,which was one of the settle-ments of Dujiangyan City.Various actions were carried out such as setting up community medical care center and personal medical record,providing basic medical service and psychological aid,preventing and controlling infectious diseases,health promotion and rehabilitation,sanitary management.The medical needs of the quake victims were met effectively and the chances of spreading plague diminished,meanwhile patients with geriatric diseases or frequently encountered diseases got a prompt treatment or transferred timely.The wounded returned from other rescue centers had recovered well.
