综合康复措施预防地震髋部骨折伤员深静脉血栓的效果观察

摘要
目的:评价综合康复措施对预防地震髋部骨折伤员深静脉血栓形成的作用。方法:按深静脉血栓形成的高危因素对195例地震髋部骨折伤员进行分级评估,并针对性实施综合康复措施,观察深静脉血栓的症状和体征,了解深静脉血栓的发生情况。结果:地震髋部骨折伤员应用综合康复措施后,尚未发现下肢深静脉血栓形成的病例。结论:综合康复措施能有效地预防地震髋部骨折伤员深静脉血栓的形成。
Objective: To evulate the effect of combined rehabilitation intervention to preventing deep venous thrombosis in hip fracture owing to Earthquake.Methods:195 cases of fracture of hip patients owing to Earthquake were evaluated according to risk factor grading of deep venous thrombosis,combined rehabilitation intervention will be administered respectively.Signs and symptoms of deep venous thrombosis will be observed as to comprehend occurrence status of deep venous thrombosis.Results:After administering combined rehabilitation intervention in fracture of hip patients owing to Earthquake,no cases had occured deep venous thrombosis.Conclusion:Combined rehabilitation intervention respectively can prevent effectively deep venous thrombosis of fracture of hip patients owing to Earthquake.
