损伤控制性手术理念在救治地震群体严重伤中的应用

摘要
目的探讨地震群体严重伤的救治方法。方法回顾性分析414例地震群体伤患者的临床资料及诊断治疗情况,地震群体伤员救治参照战伤救治过程中使用的分级救治原则,伤员经过伤情分类、早期救治、进行转送。在分级救治过程中,对严重创伤及复合伤5例患者,通过早期简略的手术,解决患者当时的主要矛盾,最后有计划选择时间,再次行确定性手术。结果死亡2例,治愈412例,治愈率99.5%。结论损伤控性手术是对地震群体严重伤救治的较好方法,有利于提高严重伤患者生存率。
Objective Probe into the method of remedy on serious earthquakes colony injury. Methods The clinical data and Diagnosis and treatment of 414 patients with serious earthquakes colony injury were analyzed retrospectively. The remedy on serious earthquakes colony injury reference the classification remedy fundamental on battle wound,the wounded were distinguished on state of an injury,prophase remedied and referred. In the classification remedy process,the 5 patients with severity trauma and combined injury passed the early and simple operation to resolve the extemporaneous arch-conflict,and then were enforced determinacy surgery again on selecting time designedly. Results Of all the patients,2 died and 412 cured,the recovery rate was 99.5%. Conclusion The damage control operation is a better method on the serious earthquakes colony injury,it profit to improve the survival rate of severity wounded.
