汶川地震骨科伤员的紧急救治和伤口感染治疗分析

摘要
目的对我院收治的汶川地震骨科伤员的抢救和专科治疗、伤口感染治疗作初步分析,为以后的地震伤治疗研究提供参考。方法详细记录收治的地震所致的骨科伤员的紧急救治措施、伤口感染情况及其治疗,分析所有患者的一般情况及临床特点,并对早期紧急治疗及后期感染伤口的治疗经验和不足做出探讨和总结。结果我院骨科伤员的早期紧急救治是及时而有效的,后期感染伤口均得到了有效控制。结论及时而有效的早期紧急救治对地震所致的骨科伤员的预后具有重要意义,清创、使用敏感抗生素及综合治疗仍然是治疗后期感染伤口的重要手段。
Objective To make a analysis to temergency aid and treatment to wound infection of the patients suffering fracture from distress area of Wenchuan.Methods The state and interventional history of all the patients was recorede in detail and the measure of temergency aid and treatment to wound infection were analyzed,besides,the advantages and disadvantages of the temergency aid and treatment to wouhd infection experience were approached and summarizsed.Results Temergency aid and trentment to orthopedics patients in earlier period and therapeutic efficative of wound infeetions in cater stage were effective.Conclusion The prompt and effective temergency aid to getting better prognosis of the patients suffering fracture from distress area of Wenchuan was important,through surgical debridement,application of the antibiotics and combined therapy to treat wound infection in later stage were still important.
