航空转送地震后骨折患者474例经验总结

摘要
目的总结民航飞机多批次转运地震后骨折伤员的经验。方法通过2008年5月12日汶川大地震后16批次共474例骨折伤员采用民航客机进行航空转运的实践,了解民航客机转运骨折伤员的特点,并就转运计划、医疗护理干预等对航空医疗运送的作用和影响进行分析和总结。结果转送的伤员中以下肢骨折最多,占49.61%,其次为脊柱、上肢,分别占16.99%、16.03%;单处骨折最多,共428例,占90.30%;空中医疗护理干预中心理干预次数最多,为538人次,其后依次为协助伤员小便、固定,分别为320人次、311人次;所有伤员均安全转运至目的地,转运时间平均为(8.63±1.33)h。结论有针对地制订周密的转运计划和专业化的转运方法是成功转运的重要条件;严密关注伤员病情变化和心理干预在航空转运中具有重要意义。
Objective:To summarize the experience of transport large number of fractured patients after the earthquake by civil aviation.Methods:Shortly after Wenchuan earthquake on May 12th,2008,16 batches,a total of 474 fractured patients had being transported by civil aviation.The characteristics of fractured patients transported by civil aviation,analysis and summarize the role and effect of aeromedical transport through planning,health care intervention,and so on were known.Results:Among the patients,lower limb fracture was the most common,account for 49.61%,followed by the spinal fracture or upper limb fracture,account for 16.99%and 16.03%respectively.The single fractures were most,up to 428 cases,account for 90.30%.In the air medical care and interventions,the most common was psychological intervention,which were 538 times,followed by urination assist and fixing,account for 320,311 times respectively.All patients had been safely transported to the destinations.The average transport time was(8.63±1.33)h.Conclusion:Comprehensive planning and specialized transport method are important for successful transport.Intensive care for patinet's condition and psychological intervention is important in the aeromedical transport.
