摘要

总结我院在"5.12汶川特大地震"现场急救的护理管理经验,包括住院病人的安全转移、护理资源的合理分配、地震伤员的分类救治、急救物资的紧急供应、急救现场心理干预、伤病员的后续转运等,认为做好现场急救的护理管理在应急医疗救护中意义重大。
Our nursing management experiences of first aid on spot in "5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake" were summed up,including transferring patients and wounded persons without accidents,assigning nursing resources effectively,curing wounded persons by the numbers,providing first aid supplies urgently,mental state nursing on first aid spot,transferring patients and wounded persons afterwards,etc.Tt is very important that the nursing management on first aid spot exert on emergency medical treatments and increase the cure rate of wounded persons in earthquake.
