地震所致颅脑创伤265例流行病学及临床分析

摘要
目的探讨地震所致颅脑创伤的流行病学及临床特点。方法回顾性分析265例地震所致的颅脑创伤患者的临床表现特征及治疗结果与转归。结果265例患者中,男性少于女性;儿童和老龄患者多于中青年;致伤原因以重物坠落致头部打击伤及跌伤为主;211例伴有头皮损伤;伴有复合伤的患者156例;所有患者中,痊愈77.0%,轻中度残废15.8%,重残5.7%,死亡1.5%。结论了解地震所致颅脑创伤的流行病学和临床特点,有助于在灾害处理中采取有针对性的预防措施和急救方案,提高抢救成功率。
Objective To discuss the epidemiological and clinical characters of traumatic brain injury from earthquake.Method 265 patients of traumatic brain injury suffered from earthquake were prospectively analyzed.Results In 265 patients,male was less than female.There were more children and elderly than adults.The main cause of trauma was hit and tumble.211 patients had scalp injury and 156 patients had complex injury.In all patients,77% cases recovered,15.8% cases were mild disability,5.7% cases were severe disability and 1.5% cases died.Conclusions To learn the epidemiological and clinical characters of traumatic brain injury from earthquake is useful to take proper first-aid and therapeutic measures in disaster.
