摘要

目的观察综合康复措施预防汶川地震脊柱骨折伤员深静脉血栓的效果。方法对267例汶川地震脊柱骨折伤员按深静脉血栓形成的高危因素进行分级评估,实施综合康复措施,观察深静脉血栓形成的症状和体征,了解深静脉血栓的发生情况。结果汶川地震脊柱骨折伤员应用综合康复措施后,尚未发现下肢深静脉血栓的伤员。结论综合康复措施能有效地预防地震脊柱骨折伤员深静脉血栓的形成。
Objective To observe effect of combined rehabilitation intervention to preventing deep venous thrombosis in fracture of spine patients owing to Wenchuan earthquake.Methods Cases of fracture of spine patients owing to Wenchuan earthquake were evaluated according to risk factor grading of deep venous thrombosis,combined rehabilitation intervention will be administered respectively.Singns and symptoms of deep venous thrombosis will be observed as to comprehend occurrence status of deep venous thrombosis.Rseults After administering combined rehabilitation intervention in fracture of spine patients owing to Wenchuan earthquake,no cases had occured deep venous thrombosis.Conclusion Combined rehabilitation intervention canfractureprevent effectively deep venous thrombosis of fracture of spine patients owing to Wenchuan earthquake.
