四肢地震伤的影像诊断价值

摘要
目的探讨四肢地震伤的影像诊断价值。方法103例四肢地震伤患者均行X线平片检查,其中28例行CT检查,5例行MRI检查。结果经影像学检查明确四肢骨骨折81例,其中单发骨折34例,多发骨折47例;开放性骨折6例,闭合性骨折75例。关节脱位7例,软组织内异物5例,膝关节半月板损伤1例,气性坏疽1例。结论影像学检查有利于四肢地震伤的及时准确诊断和治疗方式的选择。
Objective To explore the clinical value of imaging diagnosis of the limb injury in earthquake.Methods 103 cases of the limb injury in earthquake were performed X-ray plain film examination,including CT in 28 cases and MRI in 5 cases.Results Imaging examination established definitive diagnosis in 81 cases of limb bone fracture.The single-level fracture was found in 34 cases,multiple-level fractures in 47 cases,compound fracture in 6 cases,closed fracture in 75 cases.Moreover,dislocation of joint was found in 7 cases,foreign body of soft tissue in 5 cases,meniscus of knee joint in 1 case,gas gangrene in 1 case.Conclusions Imaging examination is the most valuable examination method in diagnosis of the limb injury in earthquake,and it can not only make definitive diagnosis,but also play an important role in selection of therapeutic planning.
