检伤在汶川地震伤员救治中的应用及意义

摘要

目的探讨检伤在汶川地震伤员救治中的作用。方法对绵阳市中心医院急诊科在5.12汶川地震灾害发生后1周内伤员的检伤情况进行统计分析。结果1周内共预检分诊伤员1702人,进行急诊清创手术775人,其中1020例患者入院治疗,急诊科死亡13例。结论检伤对于保障地震伤员迅速、合理的救治至关重要。
Objective To research the effect of injury preview in the remedy of wounded personnel in Wenchuan earthquake disaster.Method Statistical analysis of injury preview of wounded personnel within one week after Wenchuan earthquake in Central Hospitalof Mianyang.Results 1702 wounded persons were given injury preview, 775 persons were given emergent surgical debride, 1020cases were admitted to hospital , and 13 cases were died in emergency room within one week after the earthquake.Conclusions Injurypreview was important to guarantee the rapid and reasonable remedy of wounded personnel in earthquake disaster.
