重庆儿童医院地震伤员病房的护理管理体系

摘要
介绍重庆儿童医院建立灾后病房护理管理的具体作法,即迅速组建抗震救灾病房,建立病房管理体系;建立伤员儿童基本信息资料档案库,设计了"住院地震伤员儿童信息统计表",制定护理质量管理方案:接收伤员儿童住院根据个体化的需要和护理治疗的流程,从流程来管理护理工作,利用流程来规范操作,适时调整护理措施,为地震伤员儿童提供了全面的身心护理,确保护理质量提高,实现了市卫生局提出的"零死亡,零感染,零再截肢的三零"目标。
The specific system for establishing the ward's nursing management after the earthquake were introduced as follow: establishing earthquake relief wards and the ward management system rapidly,building the basic information archive of all injured children,and designing "injured children hospitalized information table".Meanwhile,the nursing quality management program was performed,such as injured children admitted to hospital according to individualized needs and the process of treatment and care,managing the nursing and regulating the operation,adjusting care measures timely,providing a full range of physical and mental care for injured children,and hence improving the quality of care and achieving the goal of Chongqing health administration "zero death,zero infections,zero re-amputation".
