摘要

目的:总结地震伤员的救治体会与经验教训,为临床救治伤员提供帮助。方法:回顾性分析汶川大地震中2328例伤员的具体伤情、救治过程,结合文献复习。结果:地震伤员救治流程的改进可明显提高地震伤员的救治成功率,但仍然还存在一些需要进一步解决的问题。结论:严密详细部署和诊疗流程的改进是提高地震伤员救治成功率,减少致残率的关键。
Objective: To summarize the experiences and lessons of emergency treatments to the patients injured in the earthquake, in order to help remedy injured patients. Methods: States of injury and remedy course of 2328 cases injured in the Wenchuan earthquake were retrospectively analyzed, and correlative literatures were retrieved. Results: Improvement of remedy flow sheet could promote the remedy achievement ratio, but there were some questions to be resolved. Conclusion: Exact and detail deployment and improvement of diagnose and treat flow sheet could improve the remedy achievement ratio, and reduce the mutilation ratio.
