大批地震伤员紧急手术救治的组织管理

摘要
报道2008年5月12日汶川大地震当日至次日晨,在野战条件下紧急手术救治地震伤员44例,47台次,清创30余例的组织管理:在医院统一部署下,紧急启动野战救护预案,成立以科主任、副主任、护士长为主的3人手术指挥组,统筹地震伤员救治工作。根据救治预案合理利用现有人力资源,将参加救治的25名护士组建为5个抢救小组,以高年资护士或专科组长担任各组小组长,做到分工具体,责任到组,充分发挥个人特长及团队合作精神,确保设备、物质、药品、人员即时到位,赢取伤员救治的宝贵时间。救治中注重感染控制,将手术车和帐篷手术室相对分区,严格执行手消毒制度、无菌操作技术等,确保了伤员的成功救治。体会到有效的组织管理是大批地震伤员快速救治的关键;感染控制是大批地震伤员成功救治的保证。
This paper summarizes the organization and management of the emergency treatment of 44 earthquake-wounded cases (with 47 person times)and over 30 cases of wound cleansing:(1)Under the unified deployment of the hospital,the contingency field rescue plan was started.And a commanding group made up of the department chief and deputy chief and the head nurse was set up to coordinate the rescue.(2)The 25 nurses were divided into 5 groups for reasonable use of the available human resources to ensure the full play to their special skills,teamwork and the availability of the facilities,personnel,medicines and other materials,and thus grasp the precious time for rescuing.(3)During the surgeries,emphasis was laid on the infection prevention by separation of surgery vehicles and surgery tents,strict implementation of disinfection regulations and aseptic operation techniques,which guaranteed the successful rescuing.All in all,effective organization and management is the key point in emergency rescue of mass earthquake-wounded personnel,and infection control,the guarantee.
