地震灾害中截肢手术的特点及应对措施

摘要
[目的]地震灾害中截肢手术不仅要保全病人的生命,同时要最大限度的恢复病人的肢体功能和心理功能,尽快恢复独立生活能力,预防特异性感染的流行。[方法]人力、物资方面准备充足。根据病人年龄及病情特点进行护理,做好非特异性感染和特异性感染病人的分诊和手术前、术中、术后用物及环境的消毒处理工作。[结果]69例病人都顺利康复出院,等待安装假肢。医院内未引发特异性感染的流行。[结论]地震让病人截肢失去了肢体,但是经过医务人员的正确的应对措施,根据病人年龄和病情的特点进行心理、生理的护理,让病人对医务人员有信赖感和安全感,树立自信心,积极配合治疗和手术,顺利完成手术治疗,尽快融入社会,最大限度恢复独立生活能力和工作能力,手术时正确处理非特异性感染和特异性感染的手术,所以未引发特异性感染的流行。
[Objective] In the earthquake disaster,the aim of amputation is not only to save the lives of the victims,but also to rehabilitate the physical and mental function,in order to recover the living ability and prevent the spreading of specific infection.[Methods] The human power and medical goods are abundant.Every patient was received special nursing care de-pending on his age and severity of injury.The triage,preoperative,intraoperative,postoperative materials and the sterilization of the environment of specific and non-specific patients were handled very well.[Results] All the 69 patients were discharged successfully to wait for the artificial limb.During their inpatient period,there was no specific infection.[Conclusion] We did the psychological and physiological nursing care according to the patients’ age and severity of injury,so that we won the trust of the patients,in the meanwhile the patients rebuilt their self-confidence to cooperate with the treatment and surgery.Although the victims lost their limbs because of the earthquake,in the effort of the doctors and nurses,they finished the treatment very smoothly,and restored their living ability and working ability as soon as possible.Because we dealt with the specific and nonspecific infection operations respectively and correctly,there was no prevalence of specific infection.
