地震伤75例的影像诊断分析

摘要
目的探讨汶川大地震所致人体损伤情况及其影像特点。方法回顾分析75例汶川大地震震伤的影像学及临床资料,并按损伤部位分别统计。结果75例患者均行X线平片检查,21例行CT检查,19例行MRI检查。75例地震伤患者中,通过影像学检查,共查出伤部136个。四肢骨折39例,共计骨折72个部位,上肢13个部位,占总数的9.56%,下肢59个部位,占总数的43.39%。头颅地震伤9例,共13个部位,占总数的9.56%。脊椎地震伤12例,共累及21个椎体,占总数的15.44%。胸部地震伤13例,共计骨折30处,占总数的20.05%。结论地震伤涉及全身多部位、多个器官;影像检查有助于地震伤员的筛查及分类治疗。
Objective To explore the imaging features of the injuries arising from the earthquake of Wenchuan, Sichuan.Methods Seventy-five patients who survived the earthquake but suffered from the injuries were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the patients underwent X-ray plain film examination, and some of them were performed CT (n=21) or MRI (n=19). According to the examination, 136 regions of injury were found, including 39 cases of limb bone fracture (72 fracture regions: 13 regions in upper limbs accounting for 9.56%, 59 regions in lower limbs accounting for 43.39%), 9 cases of head injuries (13 regions accounting for 9.56%), 12 cases of spine injuries involving a total of 21 vertebrae (15.44%), and 13 cases of chest injuries (30 fracture regions accounting for 20.05%). Conclusion Injuries associated with earthquake involve most parts of the body. Imaging examination, as screening technique for injuries caused by the earthquake, is very useful.
