陕西地震灾区农村居民健康知识、行为干预效果评价

摘要
目的了解地震灾区农村居民的健康知识、行为干预效果,探索地震灾后健康教育工作思路和方法。方法在陕西省受地震灾害最严重的宁强县和陈仓区的6个乡镇的农村居民中,通过知识技能讲座、小组讨论、入户指导、同伴教育等参与式传播活动进行干预,采取整群随机抽样的调查方法,评价干预效果。结果该省灾区农村居民干预后健康知识的知晓率有明显提高,干预后除"发现病、死家禽/鸟要向有关部门报告"的知晓率为50%外,其余"苍蝇可能传播痢疾"、"不喝生水可以预防肠道传染病"、产前检查、辅食添加等项的知晓率都达到85%以上;"不共用毛巾"行为在干预后虽有明显改善,但只达到63%,还有待进一步提高。结论参与式传播使目标人群的健康知识水平明显提高,健康行为有所改善;初步形成了"开展面对面参与式传播,传播材料发放保障覆盖率,地方特色活动激发参与积极性"的健康教育干预模式。
Objective To understand the intervention effect of health knowledge and behavior among residents in rural earthquake area, and to form the health education work ideas and methods in the earthquake area. Methods In six towns of Ningqiang county and Chencang district, the most severe earthquake disaster area in Shaanxi province, intervention was carried out among rural residents through participatory intervention activities such as health lectures, group discussion, guidance at home, and peer education. By stratified cluster random sampling, intervention effects were evaluated. Results The health knowledge level of rural residents has increased significantly after intervention. The knowledge rate of illness or death poultry/ birds must be reported to related departments is 50%, while those for other items reach 85%, such as flies could spread dysentery, not drinking unbilled water can prevent intestinal infection, antenatal examination, and additional food etc. The not sharing towels behavior has obviously improved after the intervention, but only to 63%, remains to be further improved. Conclusion Participatory communication can obviously improve target population’s health knowledge level and behavior level. Health education intervention model has initially formed of face-to-face communication, communication material releasing coverage, and participatory initiative stimulated by local characteristics.
